Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you’ll report to our VP of Sales on our sales team. You will develop and build your own pipeline in our targeted ICP and develop new opportunities in partnership with our inside sales team. You will bring experience selling software solutions in the healthcare industry preferably with SaaS solutions in the VBC and ACO markets. Responsibilities will span from driving the sales process from qualifying new prospects and managing deals to closure.

Our sales team is an important part of our go-to-market strategy as it will allow our team to expand our enterprise footprint and scale to uncover new opportunities. Our goal is to create an organized sales experience and engage prospects in a consultative manner to identify their needs and pain points. This position will be responsible for maintaining a robust pipeline to ensure quota attainment within the assigned market segment, geographical region, and/or specific named accounts.


Manage new customer acquisition and driving new revenue while being assigned a $1.52M ARR quota and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Prospect to build and maintain your pipeline coverage

Create pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process

You build trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers

You will make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple

You will manage 30+ project/deals at the same time and close on average $95k a month

Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of Acclivity Health to prospects based on the prospects needs and priorities

Understand customer goals, pain points, decision making process, and drive ROI

Meet or exceed your monthly quota

Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices

Supplement your pipeline by attending tradeshows, speaking engagements, or utilizing relationships

Utilize tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, and HubSpot to manage activities and conduct research

Experience selling into value-based healthcare organizations, ACOs and health plans

Ability to create and drive alignment around ROI-based business cases

Continue to provide ongoing support as the customer moves through their lifecycle

There are some established characteristics of our successful employees. They are self-motivated team players who possess important attributes. Those attributes (not limited to) include: 












8+ years of Enterprise SaaS Sales experience and experience selling and closing complex technical solutions to healthcare partners

You’ve sold SaaS solutions to value based care and ACO partners building trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers

Experience with new customer acquisition, driving new revenue, and managing 30 + deals. You know how to partner with an SDR and do your own prospecting

You can create pricing proposals, negotiate terms and manage the entire sales cycle from beginning to contracting end

Fluent with CRM (we use Salesforce) and other Sales platforms

Healthcare experience required specifically for regulated health care data, interoperability, aggregation, analytics and AI, or digital health application

History of selling into executive-level decision makers

Responsibilities will span from driving the sales process to qualifying new prospects and managing deals to closure

You have been trained and follow MEDDIC or similar sales methodology

Ability to speak with C-suite & VP Level prospects and ask intelligent questions

Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment

Genuine customer empathy

Organized and strong time management skills

Excellent written & verbal communication

A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment
